Sutton Athletic Hall of Fame 07
When asked to produce this second Athletic Hall of Fame ceremony, I felt I needed to "Kick it Up a Notch" as Emeril Lagassee of the Food Network says.
Sutton's main sports are Soccer, Basketball and Baseball. Using the Digital Juice Graphics and sports music from the same library, I used those three balls as a background to the title graphics on the Menu page and the show open under the title sequence.
When each inductee was announced, I used the ball corresponding to their main sport with the lower third identification. For example, the event emcee was noted for being a baseball coach for Sutton so I used a baseball in his title lower third.
For the Main Menu page, I continued the theme using the graphics of the Sutton Athletic Mascots-Old Sam Sutton and Sutton Suzie and for the menu, each inductee's face was on the icon for that chapter where they are inducted.
Sutton's school colors are Green and white so those were used in the highlight state of the buttons in the menu.
In pre-production, I shot each plaque and then added that video in Post Production to go with each recipient's award presentation to add the Plus to the Post, hence Post Plus Video.
